John Krevey, left, and Erik Greene, operators of Pier 63 Maritime in Chelsea at the west end of W. 23rd St., received a proclamation last month from David Yassky, chairperson of the City Councils Waterfront Committee. Harvey fireboat and the Frying Pan, a former Coast Guard lightship, as well as an event space.
