Third St. received, Former Mayor Ed Koch’s “Be Nice” campaign for the Republican National Convention isn’t flying in the East Village: Koch’s face was covered over by a poster for an Aug. 22 protest planned outside Mayor Bloomberg’s Upper East Side townhouse.
