Do I hear 39, 40?
.P.S. 41!
The P.S. 41 auction at the Masonic Hall on W. 23rd St. last Friday night was not only a rousing good time but raised money for valuable programs at the Greenwich Village elementary school. Clockwise from above, Larry Melnicker, a second-grade parent, made the winning bid on a Robin Ventura autographed bat and jersey from when Ventura was with the Mets; auctioneer Bill Roland took bids on another baseball-themed item, an autographed Derek Jeter cereal box; Sarah and Michael Sansom modeled an artwork they purchased.
