It almost looked as gnarly as Monday night’s “mass civilian trauma exercise” outside the former St. Vincent’s Hospital — but it was actually Sunday’s Zombie Crawl. The “living dead” started things off, ironically enough, at Beauty Bar on E. 14th St., then dragged themselves and their dangling body parts over to Union Square, then limped down to the Lower East Side, hitting zombie-friendly bars along the way. Above right, Dr. Madd Vibe a.k.a. Angelo Moore, front man of the group Fishbone, had a close call, barely eluding the zombies’ clutches.
