Memorial Mass for blogger Bob Arihood

A memorial Mass for East Village blogger Bob Arihood will be held Sat., Oct. 29, at 5:30 p.m. at Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, 173 E. Third St. between Avenues A and B.

Arihood died about three weeks ago. He was found in his E. Fourth St. apartment, having apparently suffered cardiac arrest.

At a memorial for Arihood at the 6B Garden last Saturday, his best friend, Michael Falsetta, assured Arihood’s friends and fans that his award-winning blog, Neither More Nor Less, would be kept up and viewable in cyberspace forever. The fee to maintain the blog is minimal, Falsetta noted.

Arihood’s photos in The Villager from 2003 to 2006 — before he struck out on his own as a blogger — are viewable on The Villager’s Web site, thevillager.com . Search the site by typing in “Bob Arihood.” (Arihood’s photos that ran in The Villager from 1999 to 2002 are not archived online.)
