Rolling forward with Obama, cyclists log inaug ride
Time’s Up!, the bicycle-powered local environmental group, as might have been expected, held an inauguration bike parade Tuesday. Above, Chelsea artist Ellen Levin showed her support for the new president on her coat. The cyclists’ planned route was from Washington Square to Times Square.
