Woman of the hour, Kennedy helps out St. Vincent’s

Caroline Kennedy spoke about education at St. Vincent’s Hospital’s annual Auxiliary Luncheon at the Pierre Hotel on Dec. 9. She was invited to speak long before the recent speculation on whether she’ll be tapped to fill New York’s open Senate seat. At right, Kennedy greeted St. Vincent’s President and C.E.O. Henry Amoroso. No media was allowed into the event, although the New York Post did manage to get some photos of Kennedy on her way inside. The Auxiliary Luncheon raises money for grants that are given yearly to St. Vincent’s programs.
