New High Line park is on track for debut in spring
Construction on the High Line’s first section is proceeding in earnest for the park’s expected spring 2009 debut. Earlier this month, Peter Mullan, the High Line’s director of planning, showed the current progress being made on the section between Gansevoort and 20th Sts., where various plantings and structural renovations have given shape to the ambitious project.
