Ludlow St. free-for-all
Vicki Rovere hangs clothing on a chain-link fence and displays other found materials on tables on the sidewalk for people to take for free on Ludlow St., where she lives. A self-dubbed environmental scavenger, she walks around and collects things, brings them back and gives them away. She wrote the book Where To Go: A Guide to Manhattans Toilets.
