 Mohawks and mayhem
Punk hairdos and pyromania with the flag were among the attractions on Sunday at the Tompkins Square Park riots anniversary concert. Although burning the starts and stripes is legal, an open flame in a city park is not. But the flag pictured above was incinerated without any tickets being issued.
