A new sign of pride points the way to the Village
No one can say that Greenwich Village is not a welcoming place, especially not after BAMRA, the Bleecker Area Merchants’ and Residents’ Association, put up this dazzling new sign at Bleecker and MacDougal Sts. The sign cost $9,000. BAMRA calls the electric banner “a great symbol of neighborhood pride.”
