Feeling in the pink and shoes safe
On Tues., Feb. 12, as the city saw its first real snowfall of this winter, Anthony Messina of Silver Towers was spotted on West Broadway adjusting his
makeshift galoshes. “It’s a fashion statement,” he chuckled. “Actually, these are new shoes.”
