Stone-cold tan fan
On Tuesday, one of the coldest days of the year, when everyone else was trying their best to stay indoors, this man was sunning himself with a reflector in Washington Square Park. Perhaps he was working on his tan or just trying to get some light therapy to beat the winter blahs. At least he had covered his lips with some sort of white protective cream.
