Volume 77 / Number 35 Jan. 30 - Feb. 05, 2008 West and East Village, Chelsea, Soho, Noho, Little Italy, Chinatown and Lower East Side, Since 1933 Sound off on St. Vincent’s plan: New online survey seeks input Community Board 2, along with State Senator Tom Duane and Congressmember Jerrold Nadler, has designed an “unscientific” online survey of neighborhood priorities concerning the St. Vincent’s Hospital/Rudin Organization’s redevelopment plan. The public can take part in the survey by going online at www.cb2manhattan.org and clicking “CB2 Alerts” or at www.tomduane.com and clicking “Latest Updates.” People who do not have online access or who have questions may phone Community Board 2 at 212-979-2272 or Senator Duane’s office at 212-633-8052. Said Laura Morrison, Duane’s chief of staff, “While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes of the survey, the information will be one tool that guides the community board, Senator Duane and U.S. Representative Nadler as they advocate for what is most important to the community.”
