Santa Claus, a.k.a. Auxiliary Officer Manuel Alicea, delighted Dandee Hill, 7, with some presents at the Ninth Precinct Community Council’s annual Children’s Christmas Party. Droves of East Village kids received free gifts handed out over five hours. “We didn’t do a count this year,” said Jerry Shea, council president, “but it was well over 1,500.”
