Kumar’s vegan dosas are a popular fixture of Washington Square Park, and there are frequently lunchtime lines of 20 or more customers. His dosa cart is covered with clippings from various newspapers around the world, and Kumar must now face the difficult task of squeezing on a few more and finding a space for his trophy.
