On the afternoon of Mon. Oct. 31, New York University and Community Board 2 co-sponsored the 15th Annual Children’s Halloween Parade. More than 1,200 costumed youngsters marched with their parents around Washington Square Park. The children enjoyed an array of games, face painting and other holiday festivities.
