Villager photo by Clayton Patterson Hot wheels Firefighters doused a car that burst into flames as it was being driven down Ludlow between Delancey and Rivington Sts. on Wed. Oct. 18. The driver and a passenger both escaped without injury. It wasn’t immediately clear why the car caught on fire.
