CIRCUS AMOK’S 13TH SEASON “Citizen Ship: An Immigrant Rights Fantasia in 10 Short Acts” features 16 free shows taking place in various parks throughout New York City. Shows feature jugglers, stilt walkers, divas and acrobats balancing laughter and politics as they tackle the issue of immigration reform. Perfect for all ages. Alphabet City: Everything from A-Z, Father's Heart Ministry Center is seeking artwork submissions from artists in Alphabet City, or those who have a connection to the area. Artists are to depict life in the East Village using any medium. The show is to be an exploration and celebration of what it means to live in a neighborhood undergoing radical change. It is a way to cultivate and admire the differences that make the community different from the www.fathersheartnyc.orgrest of the city. Must be at least 14 years old to submit artwork.
