N.Y.U. holding graduation in Washington Square Park (instead of earlier plan to hold it at Shea Stadium) 5. Repairs to Bleecker Playground 6. City Harp proposal for Washington Square Arch 7. Hudson River Park AIDS memorial at Bank St. 8. Proposal to dock self-sustainable barge somewhere on C.B. 2 waterfont.

TRANSPORTATION, S.L.A./ECONOMIC DEVEL0PMENT AND SANITATION/ PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEES — AVENUE B COMMUNITY MEETING: Mon. April 3, 6:30 p.m., Tompkins Square Park Middle School, 600 E. Sixth St. (between Avenues B and C). A joint committee meeting intended to allow residents and nightlife businesses on Avenue B and nearby side streets to participate in a dialogue on quality-of-life issues. Various city agencies, including the Police Department and State Liquor Authority, have been asked to send representatives. The Department of Transportation will explain a pilot program for weekend nights between Second and Fourth Sts.
