Pooling people vs. puddles

Community Board 3 is seeking volunteers for a project to stamp out puddles. The project will map problem wet spots around curbs and on sidewalks. Not only do puddles make getting around more difficult and messy, but they are also breeding grounds for mosquitoes, which can carry West Nile virus.
