We’ll drink to that

The White Tavern on Hudson St., where Fran DeMastri tends bar, wasn’t mentioned at a recent forum on “bad-neighbor bars” of the Village. No one mentioned Dylan Thomas, either, the famous Welsh poet who died at St. Vincent’s Hospital on Nov. 9, 1953, at age 39, after reportedly having had a bad night at the White Horse.
