Sheelah Feinberg, a former Community Board 2 member, is now executive director of the New York City Coalition For a Smoke-Free City. Last Thursday, the coalition rallied with young people in Washington Square Park. They also presented Staten Island Assemblymember Lou Tobacco a “Tobacco Against Tobacco” plaque for his efforts opposing cigarette marketing that targets kids.
