VIDEO: One World Trade Center Becomes New York City’s Tallest Building

Yesterday workers placed steel columns into the unfinished skeletal top of One World Trade Center, bringing the total height of the structure to just over the 1,250 foot height of the Empire State Building’s observation deck, making the new building the tallest in New York City.  In the video above you can watch as the new tower rises from the ground to dominate the skyline of New York.
